The modern EVERGREEN project situated in the northwestern part of Ďáblice will include 35 rental houses with practical two-bedroom to four-bedroom layouts.
With floor areas ranging from 94 sq. m. to 130 sq. m., they offer plenty of space for your specific needs, whether these mean comfort for the whole family or roommates, working from home, or hosting friendly get-togethers.

The houses are rented unfurnished, allowing you to create the style and atmosphere of your home so you can feel truly comfortable. Moments of relaxation in the fresh air can be enjoyed in the garden, and some houses also have rooftop terraces. An outdoor parking space is included in the rental price.
